Ingredients
Coenzyme Q10
In many study, Coenzyme Q10 can be helpful for sperm count and increasing sperm motility. Th effects of coenzyme Q10 would be anti-oxidant, reducing blood pressure, and activation of sperm.
L-Carnitine
L-Carnitine contributes directly to sperm motility and involved in the successful maturation of sperm. In addition, when we do exercise, L-carnitine increases energy, alleviate muscle fatigue, so that most men take L-carnitine after exercise. In 2004, Khademi A et al., published a study about L-carnitine dosage with sperm motility, shape, and count have a positive relationship.
L-Arginine
L-Arginine is an amino acid that are relatively high contained in sperm protein. From the clinical study, L- arginine can affect to sperm motility and sperm count. In 1973, Schachter et al., published a study in which arginine was given to 178 men with low sperm count. The result of the study shows Arginine supplementation significantly improved sperm motility without any side effects.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a well-documented antioxidant and has been shown to inhibit free radical induced damage to sensitive cell membranes. The effects of vitamin E is prevention of cardiovascular disease and prevention of various cancer by antioxidant.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is a commonly known as “sunshine vitamin” that promotes calcium absorption. It is helpful for bone health and immunity, but many study improves that Vitamin D can be helpful for sperm count and motility as well. One study evaluate relationship between serum Vitamin D level and sperm quality with 340 male. The result shows the high level of serum vitamin D with a high level of sperm speed and quality.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that involved in the metabolism process of folic acid and is involved in maintaining nerve function. The amount required in the body is small, but it is very important vitamin. Also, there are studies that vitamin B12 helps increase sperm motility. 26 infertile male were given vitamin B12 1, 500 µg every day for 4~24 weeks. As a result, the sperm concentration increased in 38.4% and sperm count increased in 53.8%.
Vitamin C

The effects of vitamin C include iron absorption, antioxidant effects, and anemia improvement.
Zinc
Zinc is a trace mineral essential for normal functioning of the male reproductive system. An adequate amount of zinc ensures proper sperm motility and production, but zinc deficiency is associated with decreased testosterone levels and sperm count.
Generally, zinc levels are lower in infertile men with diminished sperm count and several studies have found zinc supplement may prove helpful in treating male infertility.
